My cousin who lives in Buffalo tried to skip a grade. Now he's looking at 5-10 in County.

Well I don't live in New York but what do you mean skip a grade....
Like if a teacher says that you pwn with you A+++ grades and you should skip a grade (i.e. 6th grade - to - 8th grade)?

Why not ask someone in the New York Educational System? Do you honestly expect that a bunch of people, many of whom don't even live in the US, much less in New York, to know the answer to this question?
