P.S I'm in the Psypoke Chat Room 24/7. Let's chat!

That's odd; I don't see you in there right now...

The most ironic part about it is that Psybucks are pretty much worthless. They've got no use.

Well, this is spamming.
Don't post if you have nothing to say! :)

I try to be in the channel whenever I'm online. o: My IRC nickname is Panther. Sometimes IRC isn't active, but it doesn't hurt to keep the window open and check it once in a while! :3

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
mIRC only runs on Windows.

Apparently this IRC client is a good one for Macs. Try Google to find other IRC clients for Macs if that one is no good.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Does anyone know if mIRC works with Mac OS? I'll be getting a MacBook soon, so I want to know.

My username on the chat is DNA, the same as on the forums.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
When I'm on I will usually say hi to someone new unless I'm preoccupied with something, but most of us just have the chat up and are busy or otherwise not at the keyboard.
It's not that we're ignoring you necessarily; it's that some times of day are better than others. The best times I've noticed are usually mid-afternoon to mid-night.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Although some of us may be online all the time, we are not necessarily at the computer and even if we are we might not be paying attention to the chat or feel like chiming in/saying anything. A wonderful medium for social interaction, I must say.

Why would you expect there to be different people? On forums you also see more or less the same people posting each time you log on.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Yeah I've come to the conclusion I've done something wrong. :/ I logged on today and exactly the same people were online.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Well Flaming_Wuzzle is always 'online' because the window is always up on his computer. I know this because I stalk him as a favorite pasttime Krisp said so earlier. Other than that, I dont know. My first time online no one said anything for about twenty minutes.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
No, I just simply said 'hi' then looked at my computer screen aimlessly for like 10 minutes. (._. )

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
I'm not on, but dont start freaking out and go like 'OMG!!! NO ONE IS TALKING!!1!!" because I'm sure they wont like it.
Also, yesterday the port wouldnt work. How is this possible?

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
I'm on now and I've put all the right info on and it came up with this:
"* Now talking in #psypoke
* Topic is 'Happy Birthday Kirby! v(^-^)^'
* Set by Flaming_Wuzzle on Fri Apr 27 22:36:43"

It says loads of people are online and I said hi but no ones replied. Have I done something wrong? O.o

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Yeah I know. Double post. Sue me. Anyways...
So I finally navigated into the hellhole known as mIRC. I have channel #psypoke open. Is no one in there or am I on the wrong server?
EDIT: Nevermind. I'm in.

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
Download what? You mean mIRC?

http://mirc.com

As for Java and mibbit.com, you do not need to download anything.

Is there a direct link to the chatroom? I clicked on the link in the opening post and clicked on mIRC and it said I have to download something. Do I seriously have to do all that?

Look for the phrase that says:
"Alternative use our Java Applet to access our social chat."

Click on the words 'Java applet'.

I did after I got totally confused with mIRC, and my computer wont even show the link. How can I download it?

Re: Massive advertisement: want more Psybucks?
@BasGuy: The title by your name reflects your post count. The higher it is, the higher the title is. Additionally you get 1 Psybuck when you make a post. (This does not, however, encourage a bunch of meaningless posts.)

@bamstaman: You can change your avatar and signature in your profile. For a signature you will need to enclose a picture link in [img] tags.

@Nbareshiram: The language CAN be strong, but in truth it's really just very sparingly used. Swearing does exist though, so if you aren't fond of that or are against it...just be warned.
