There used to be something similar to it on a site I sometimes go on, but I noticed that some people get it in what appears to be rushes.. then it stops for a while, then when you see them its a few times in a row then it stops. So, if you have X Pokemon left to capture, you have an X/1000 chance, roughly. It's completely random. Every time you load the page, you have about a 1/1000 chance of a specific Pokemon appearing. But How often does that really occur? I've only found one so far since I've been a member, and I saw two once before when I just roamed around on the guides and psydex.
