Well, actually I don't know how to use html. I just participate in a forum and chat. I don't make forums. However, I thought of making one after seeing all these nice forums and Psypoke's website too!

I think he means that Word can save a document as an HTML document.
Though the idea of stealing Psypoke's code as HTML... I lol at the idea of hard-coding a site like this. ROFL, even.

Are you suggesting that he simply take Psypoke's code and use it for his own website? Oh wait, I'm sorry, STEAL Psypoke's code?
Edit: Oh... if you meant what Jiggz said, I apologize for thinking you meant stealing the code. I'm not a programmer, so I'm not familiar with the details of coding.

If you want to make a site like theirs then you have to either
#1: learn how to write html or
#2: learn how to use microsoft word to get the html from it (It's probably best to learn both, you might want to do quick repairs to the site and knowing how to write html is useful for that).
If you want to make a forum then you should contact phpBB.

you also need to find a webhost that will host it for you
some samples are
Freewebs (free, and paid)
1@1 internet hosting (cheap profesional hosting)
parahosting (best free but paid opt.)

In a nutshell, you "make" websites by using HTML and other programming languages (Java, Javascript, C++ to name a few).
You need to know what you're doing, however.

Code is called Syntax in Geek language. HTML is pretty easy to learn, just google "HTML tutorial" and voila.

If you don't know what code is, then I think it's a safe bet you're not going to be able to make a website of your own.
