- Catch Rayquaza before Elite Four and both Kyogre and Groudon after the Elite Four (all Lv. 70)
To get Rayquaza/Groudon/Kyogre:
Climb Mt. Pyre and get the Magma Emblem and take it to Mt. Chimney to gain access to the Magma Base. When you get through the Magma Base, someone will release Groudon.
Go to the Aqua Base in Lilycove and work your way through that. Then go to Magma's new base at the Space Centre in Mossdeep and clear that out. Now go down to the Seafloor Cavern and beat that, and Aqua will release Kyogre.
You will receive a call telling you that Rayquaza has been spotted near Pacifidlog. Fly to Sootopolis and enter the Cave of Origin. Wallace will tell you to go to the Sky Pillar, so head there (Route 131, Surf from Pacifidlog).
When you reach the top, Rayquaza calms Kyogre and Groudon and they go into hiding. You can now catch Rayquaza.
After you have beaten the Elite Four, two caves open up each with four entrances. To find out which entrance to go into, head to the Weather centre.
The cave which has Groudon has entrances on Routes 114, 115, 116 and 118. The cave which has Kyogre has entrances on Routes 105, 125, 127 and 129.

- Regi changes - Follow the RS Regi guide to find them, but where it says Relicanth in first slot and Wailord in the last slot, switch them in Emerald - Wailord first, Relicanth last.
Regirock cave - Press A on the Braille, move two steps left, two down and use Rock Smash
Regice cave - Press A on the Braille, the walk right and follow the wall all the way around the room to open the door
Registeel cave - In the middle of the room, use Flash

- Pick which one of Latias and Latios you want to catch in the wild.
After beating the Elites your Mom asks you to choose either a Red or Blue Pokemon (Latias and Latios respectively. The one you pick flies around and appears at random. When you find it, it flees straight away. To catch the other one, you have to mix records with either Ruby or Sapphire which has the Eon Ticket. The Ticket will then appear on your Emerald game and can be collected from Petalburg City. The ticket lets you catch the Ferry from Lilycove to the Southern Island.

- Catch Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys and Mew (Nintendo Events)
Mystic Ticket gets Lugia and Ho-oh, Aurora Ticket gets Deoxys. The Old Sea Map gets you to Faraway Island with Mew.
