POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON VERSION EXCLUSIVE POKEMON GUIDE

Similar to other Pokemon games, Mystery Dungeon Red and Blue each have their own version exclusive Pokemon. There are a total of 12 version exclusive Pokemon:

Available in Red Rescue Team only: Plusle, Roselia, Porygon, Feebas, Milotic, Mantine

Available in Blue Rescue Team only: Minun, Aipom, Porygon2, Magikarp, Gyarados, Lapras

However, since trading is not possible in Mystery Dungeon, how can one obtain Pokemon which are not available in one's version? Fret not, there is a way to overcome this. Notice that each Rescue Mission has a specific Pokemon as its client. Sometimes, these clients are version exclusive Pokemon. Upon completion of these missions, the version exclusive Pokemon will then appear in the wild in your game, if they weren't already available before. These missions can be obtained via Wonder Mail.

For instance, to get Plusle in Blue Rescue Team, you will have to get the Wonder Mail code to a mission which has Plusle as a client from someone who plays Red Rescue Team. Input the Wonder Mail into the start-up menu's Wonder Mail page, and the mission will be added to your Job List. Upon completion of the mission, Plusle can now be found in the wild in your game.
