AbilitySwarm:
When its health reaches one-third or less of its max HP, this Pokemon's Bug-type attacks receive a 50% boost in power.

Notes: If it could double Powder, it would be almost usable because of the Special Attack. As it is, it doesn't learn enough Special attacks to build a whole set, and after factoring in nature, Choice Band and STAB, it'll do more damage with Physical attacks. Use Adamant with the physical HPs and Naughty with HP Fire. Really, good luck with this thing. Butterfree outclasses Beautifly at everything and nobody even uses that.
DUSTOX
ItemLeftovers
NatureCareful (+SD, -SA)
AbilityShield Dust:
If the opponent uses a move that has secondary effects that affect this Pokemon in addition to damage, the move's secondary effects will not trigger. (For example, an Ice Beam will lose its 10% chance to freeze this Pokemon.)

Sludge BombLight ScreenMoonlightWhirlwind
MoveEffectTypePwrAcc

Notes: It's better than Beautifly, but, then again, so is Delibird. Dustox can take a Special hit or two, but it's not like it's going to deal any damage in return. So basically, use Dustox for stalling with Moonlight and the pseudos: -hazing (Whirlwind) and -passing (Light Screen). Also, have somebody with Spikes on your team, or else Whirlwind is fairly useless. Sludge Bomb gets STAB and might Poison, and that's about all Dustox can hope to do.
