Notes: Another Pokemon with four suggested moves in one slot and this one isn't even good. Each Hidden Power has uses: Fire hits Steels, Ice hits other Flyers and Grass/Psychics, and Water takes out Grounds and Rocks. Reflect boosts up that pitiful Defense and gives Noctowl a fighting chance. Thief is there because it has very little options, although nobody would blame you if you just put Reflect or Featherdance in the third slot instead.

Notes: This might sound good in theory, but then you'll realize that: 1) Noctowl's base attack is 50, and 2) Dodrio, Fearow, Pidgeot and probably even Farfetch'd could pull this off better.
