Verdict: Omastar has massive Defense and Special but, once again, the movepool and bad Speed and HP really hurt it. Surf and Blizzard will pack a punch, and Seismic Toss will cause consistent damage, but Omastar's movepool is so bad that it might as well not even have a fourth move. Body Slam should only be used to paralyze opponents (it is safe to say that its Attack stat is not to be dealt with) and Reflect can help Omastar take more hits, but it still won't be scaring much in RBY.
