In Stadium, the user becomes uncontrollable during its next turn. Otherwise, the user attacks on turn one but it doesn't recharge on turn two if it KOs the target, breaks its Substitute or misses entirely.
The user becomes uncontrollable and attacks for 2-5 consecutive turns; the target cannot make attacks of its own during this time, but it may switch out, use items or run away.
The user receives 1/2 damage from Physical attacks until it switches out or either Pokemon uses Haze.

Other Options: Besides Growth from NYPC, Flareon has other usable moves?
Verdict: Same old Flareon, just as screwed as he is in every other Generation. Like Gyarados, it's sad that Flareon wastes that huge Attack on a bunch of Normal moves and Dig. Flareon isn't even that good at using Fire Spin because he is so freaking slow, but at least he can try to paralyze with Body Slam or boost that awful Defense with Reflect. Basically, Flareon has to try to wear down his opponents with his moves until he can finish them off with Hyper Beam, but good luck not dying before then.
