However, in a link battle, Mimic will copy one of the target's attacks randomly. Psychic N/A N/A           Other Options: Growth (NYPC) Verdict: Vaporeon is yet another victim of good stats ruined by a shallow movepool and the fact that many more Pokemon could do this set (barring Acid Armor, which isn't that bad or that great since Vaporeon can't really heal herself outside of Resting) better than it can. It is a decent UU Water Pokemon in RBY, but it doesn't really get the chance to shine until later generations.
