Verdict: This isn't even GSC and beyond where it gets Metal Powder, or RSE and beyond where it gets Limber. And regardless of the generation, Ditto is still slow and fragile before Transforming and left with only five PP in every attack after that. Ditto is awesome, but please keep it out of the battlefield kthx.
