Normal 85 100%           Other Options: Surf, Psychic, Sing. Verdict: I used to hate Lapras for the simple fact that she puts Dewgong to shame in almost every possible category, but there is no denying that she is a really good Pokemon. Surf and the Ice attack of your choosing (for Lapras, since it can take a few hits, Ice Beam might be more ideal), rounded out with Psychic and Thunderbolt, show that Lapras is very versatile. Body Slam, Confuse Ray and Sing (which I personally wouldn't recommend, but it might work for you) also make her a decent utility Pokemon, and she is also one of the few Pokemon in RBY that could survive Resting. Even better, it's quite easy to mix and match Lapras' nice movepool to suit your needs. In short, Lapras is really good.
