HP Grass takes care of Water/Grounds on the switch, but it won't OHKO, and Ice Punch/Thunderbolt are like mini-Boltbeam. 216 Speed EVs outspeeds +Spd 100 base Speed Pokemon or neutral 115 base Speed Pokemon; 112 Speed EVs outspeeds the 100 base Pokemon who don't have a +Spd nature. Sub/Focus Punch is a possibility, but Cross Chop/HP Grass is suggested. Electric 95 100%           Notes: With Lonely, Cross Chop nails Dugtrio on a switch for a KO and blasts anything weak to it; CHs are all the better. HP Bug beats down Celebi and Eggy, who are likely to switch in to Electabuzz. Return can be used for solid damage or Ice Punch can hit Flyers. Finally, Thunderbolt gets STAB and blast Skarmory out of the sky. Electric N/A 100% Light Screen All Pokemon in the user's party receive 1/2 damage from Special attacks for 5 turns. Light Screen will be removed from the user's field if an opponent's Pokemon uses Brick Break. In double battles, both Pokemon are shielded, but damage protection is reduced from 1/2 to 1/3. Psychic N/A N/A Thief Steals the target's held item unless the user is already holding an item or the target has Sticky Hold. Dark 40 100% Counter Almost always goes last; if an opponent strikes with a Physical attack before the user's turn, the user retaliates for twice the damage it had endured. In double battles, this attack targets the last opponent to hit the user with a Physical attack and cannot hit the user's teammate. Fighting Var Dmg 100% Ice Punch Has a 10% chance to freeze the target. Ice 75 100% Quick Attack Usually goes first. Normal 40 100% Thunderbolt Has a 10% chance to paralyze the target. Electric 95 100%           Notes: Four moves in one slot makes Frost cry, but all have their uses. Thief can come through in a tight spot (and supporter Electabuzz doesn't have many options.) Only use Counter with Light Screen; if you don't like Counter, use Ice Punch or Thief (if you didn't choose it before). Quick Attack saves you from EndRever/Flails.
