Hits Ghost-type Pokemon. Fighting Var Dmg 100% Thunder Wave Paralyzes the target. Electric N/A 100%           Other Options: Submission, Mimic, Barrier/Ice Punch/Fire Punch (Tradebacks) Verdict: Ignoring Surfing Raichu, Electabuzz is the most versatile Electric in RBY, and he's also the only one who has even a chance at scratching a Rock/Ground Pokemon should he be stuck against one. Thunder Wave and Thunderbolt are obvious moves, and Psychic was absolutely brutal in RBY. The third move can either help you survive Physical attacks or let you deal consistent damage, and Submission is available, but not really recommended, to take on Rock Pokemon. With tradebacks, Electabuzz becomes even more of a beast, too.
