Verdict: Seaking is godly thanks to a certain internet meme that I can't mention on a public page, but it is a joke and easily the worst Water Pokemon in RBY. Its Special is really bad, so you're probably better off sticking with Hydro Pump instead of Surf. Attempting to take things down with Hyper Beam is the extent of Seaking's talent. Blizzard is for Grass Pokemon who will probably kill him anyway. What a waste.
