Normal N/A N/A Earthquake Damages the target. Ground 100 100% Body Slam Has a ~30% chance to paralyze the target. Normal 85 100% Hyper Beam In Stadium, the user becomes uncontrollable during its next turn. Otherwise, the user attacks on turn one but it doesn't recharge on turn two if it KOs the target, breaks its Substitute or misses entirely. Normal 150 90%           Other Options: Wrap, Counter, Surf (for Rock Pokemon). Verdict: Lickitung is a funny, awesome Pokemon who is sadly not that useful. He has a very wide movepool but his mediocre stats really prevent him shining in every generation until he evolves in Diamond and Pearl. At the very least, Lickitung does get Swords Dance, to pump his attack, and a decent selection of physical attacks to play with. Body Slam and Hyper Beam are obvious STAB moves, and Body Slam's paralysis side effect could be attempted in conjunction with Wrap if that combo appeals to you. Earthquake and Surf are primarily for Rock Pokemon. Lickitung also gets many Special moves, but he does not have the stats to use them, sadly. It's too bad there are many better Normal choices than this hilarious little guy.
