Other Options: Mimic, Guillotine if you suck, Amnesia (Tradeback) in combination with Blizzard.

Verdict: Kingler is hilarious (as his "KOOKIE KOOKIE" in the Anime attests to), but, as he has low Special and a pretty bleh movepool, not to mention the same type as Starmie and Slowbro, he isn't that good. Swords Dancing and beating things up with Hyper Beam is probably his best option, though Body Slam will help paralyze things for you. Crabhammer is only a really good choice because it gives a STAB option, something to actually hit Rock Pokemon with, and will CH for Kingler almost 100% of the time. At least he gets Amnesia through tradebacks to help him survive and inflict damage (though sadly with Surf instead of his trademark move, as Crabhammer's CH rate nullifies Amnesia in RBY).
