Normal N/A N/A           Notes: Dewgong is Frost's favorite Pokemon, and the unfortunate thing is that the stats and movepool let it down horribly. The only useful moves Dewgong learns include STAB Surf/Ice Beam and some mildly annoying support moves. Since the movepool is so shallow, the fourth slot is really up to you: Safeguard for pseudo-passing, Fake Out for KOing something weak, or Perish Song for pseudo-hazing at its absolute worst. Poor Dewgong. :(
