Other Options: Nothing important, but it gets Low Kick from NYPC for lulz.

Verdict: With Drill Peck in his arsenal and better overall stats than Fearow, Dodrio takes the title of "best Normal/Flyer in RBY." Dodrio is also notable because it is a contender for the "potentially strongest Hyper Beam user in the game" title as well, with his 110 Attack, STAB and high CH ratio due to his great Speed. He also picks up Agility to increase his Speed, and therefore his CH ratio, which something that Tauros and Snorlax can't do. Of course, Dodrio's movepool is still a little on the bleh side, as seen by his lack of fourth move options. You know the drill with Body Slam (paralysis chance/STAB) and Reflect (boosts the Defense) by now, yes? But despite the bleh fourth move options, Dodrio is still a solid choice overall.
