Electric 95 100% Thunder Wave Paralyzes the target. Electric N/A 100% Screech Lowers the target's Defense by 2 stages. Normal N/A 85% Hyper Beam In Stadium, the user becomes uncontrollable during its next turn. Otherwise, the user attacks on turn one but it doesn't recharge on turn two if it KOs the target, breaks its Substitute or misses entirely. Normal 150 90%           Other Options: Mimic, Reflect and little else. Verdict: Magneton is my favorite Electric, but it is also probably the worst. It has great Defense and Special, and can paralyze stuff, but its movepool is also extremely limited, and it can't do a single thing against any of the Rock/Ground Pokemon. Thunderbolt and Thunder Wave are really the only moves it has; Screech and Hyper Beam are just two filler moves that aren't particularly useful on Magneton. At least if it had gotten Explosion, Magneton's would have been stronger than Electrode's. But, alas, it wasn't meant to be; in other words, leave Magneton for the Advanced metagame kthx.
