Verdict: If you're wondering what the most famous moveset is in competitive RBY, and perhaps in Pokemon as a whole after Tyraniboah, it is probably good ol' Tobybro. Tobybro was made famous for being a Mewtwo killer, and he is still amazingly effective in regular RBY due to his great HP, Defense and Special. Basically, the strategy is this: paralyze something, Amnesia up, and destroy. Since Tobybro becomes near-godly after pumping himself up with Amnesia, you might want to squeeze Rest in over one of his attacks to keep him alive and well. He also has other notable options, like Earthquake and Blizzard, but everything short of another Amnesia user will take a beating from Slowbro's STAB moves regardless, even if they resist them. In short, Slowbro is a cool, brutal beast to have around in RBY.
