Other Options: Reflect, Hypnosis (Tradeback), Double Kick (Tradeback), Horn Drill (rofl).

Verdict: Rapidash looks cool as hell, and, like many Pokemon that look cool as hell, it also really sucks. Fire was a really bad type in RBY and Rapidash is probably the worst of the lot. It is stuck trying to wear down opponents with STAB (Fire Spin only recommended because Rapidash is fast) and/or Normal moves before finishing them off with Hyper Beam. Double Kick is Rapidash's only option against Rock Pokemon, and even that's a tradeback; Rapidash also has really bad Defense, so Reflect might be decent on it. Agility, as always, will help improve Rapidash's chances for a CH, but don't expect it to go out and beat up much.
