The guy in Team Rocket is named Lance in the Japanese version. The Rocket Executives all have Rocket-based named and Lance follows that pattern. His English name is obviously going to be changed because there's already a character named Lance in the English version.

I'm personally loving the new interface and re-makes of the music. The Poke'Mon following you around, being the first in the party I believe, reminds me a lot of Yellow. Personally, I found it a bit annoying, but it's a change of pace defnitely. Can't wait for the release.

The Overworld sprites are interesting. Every Pokemon, regardless of size, seems to take up no more than one space on the ground.

At least this proves you can get a Wailord through a door, although it's likely to be a pretty tight fit...
